We believe that fitness should be achievable, fun and empowering for all women, which is why we have all coach led sessions to help guide you through those first few steps where it can all feel a bit too much.
Knowing where to start is often the most daunting part and we aim to make it the easiest for you. Once you start your 6 week trial, we guide you through it to make sure that you start building those new habits with your exercise, food and much more.

For us to start helping your it all begins with our 6 week trial, this is so we can get your food foundation started, help you commit to regular sessions (up to 3 a week), ask for help when it all seems a bit much and above all actually enjoy it.

During the trial we will start you with a no sweat session where we discuss your goals and what's holding you back, then we check in regular to ensure you're not feeling overwhelmed or a bit lost in this early stage.

Getting your food foundation in place is next. This is about guiding you to understand that food basics you need in place, how to keep it super simple but start getting the results straight away. Also you will begin to feel more energised, in control and ready to take the next step.
After the 6 week trial there are several options to choose from. Each service will get you to your end goal but in different time frames and during your 6 week trial we will discuss which option would suit you best.
Small group training
This is the same as what you will be doing in your trial and is groups of 10 women max allowing us to effectively coach you all. The small group sessions are designed to challenge your fitness, feel supported with the coaches and like minded women in the groups, our community have all been at the start and know how it feels to be a beginner.
semi private personal training
A group of 4 women working with their coach doing 2 or 3 sessions a week. The smaller groups plus increased support with food foundations, mindset and overcoming the things holding you back means you'll be in a position to achieve your goals quicker.
1 to 1 personal training
This is the fastest way to get your goals achieved as its completely tailored to suit you, has 2 to 4 sessions a week and goes from the food foundation through to understanding where your food and nutrition can falter leading to quicker results.
ultimate essentials programme
This is our bespoke programme to take a client from their starting point through to a level of complete control and satisfaction. However it is not for the faint hearted as it requires the willingness to change the things that aren't working for you, take ownership of the choices you need to make and be able to grow through the tough times. It covers all aspects of nutrition, food, training and mindset and lasts 6 months.
To apply for this programme we ask you to complete a short form to ensure we take on the right clients for this so you get the most from it and we only have space for 2 clients at a time on this
Frequently Asked Questions
Yep we have 2 shower rooms with hotel quality facilities to refresh after an epic training session.
There is plenty of parking to the front of the building and an adddional visitors parking near the main gates.
You'll start your sessions with our 6 week no sweat sesssion so you can see the gym, get a feel for what goes on and enjoy a coffee with us. Your training sessions will include lots of sweat, fun and laughter all at a coached level you can manage.
All of our sessions are Coach led meaning all you have to do is turn up and we'll look after you from there. You dont have to think about what to do because thats our job and we will ensure you'll not be bored.
